Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for approved returns
• The returned product must pass quality inspection

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be initiated
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Non-Refundable Charges

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
